Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

The acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Reglisse takes place once the products are despatched to you.

We reserve the right not to accept your order.

The contract shall be governed by English Law and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Deliveries

Provided that the purchased product is in stock, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive to you within five working days from the date of your order. In the event that a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it to you as soon as it arrives.

We provide the following delivery services.

Next Working Day by 10:00 am	provided your order is received by us before 2:00 pm
Next Working Day	provided your order is received by us before 2:00 pm
Within Two Working Days	provided your order is received by us before 4:00 pm

Special Deliveries - Saturday or Same Day or Late Delivery (between 16:00 and 21:00) %u2013 can be arranged by contacting us via email to orders@reglisse.co.uk.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

Overseas deliveries will be subject to local taxes and duties, for which the customer will be liable, and may be affected by Customs & Excise delays.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchange Policy

Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return or exchange the purchased%uFFFDproducts within ten (10) days from the date on which you received them from Reglisse.

Terms and Conditions of Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order totally or partially, you must contact us via email to cancellations@reglisse.co.uk and indicate the item(s) you would like to cancel, as well as the Order Number you were assigned when you placed the order.

You may cancel your order or part of it at any time before the products are despatched.

Terms and Conditions of Return

The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

the return request must be received by Reglisse via email to returns@reglisse.co.uk within ten (10) days from the date you received the products;
the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
the products are returned in their original, undamaged, packaging (excluding wrapping paper);
the returned products are sent to Reglisse in a single delivery. Reglisse reserves the right not to accept returned products belonging to a single order that are returned at different times;
Reglisse must receive the goods within thirty (30) days from the date you received the products.

If you have fulfilled all of the requirements set forth above, Reglisse shall refund the entire price for the purchased products. Shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded. The shipping costs of the returned items will be charged to you.

If the exchange or return is due to our error, please contact us via email to returns@reglisse.co.uk and we will pay for the transport charges for returning the original item(s) and sending the new item(s).

If the returned products cannot be accepted, you will be notified of your failure to fulfil the conditions indicated above. In this case, your products will be returned to you at your expense. If you refuse the above delivery, Reglisse reserves the right to retain the products and the sums paid for your purchase of the products.

Terms and Conditions of Exchange

The right to exchange products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

the exchange request must be received by Reglisse via email to retuns@reglisse.co.uk within ten (10) days from the date you received the products;

the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;

the products are returned in their original, undamaged, packaging (excluding wrapping paper);

the exchanged products are sent to Reglisse in a single delivery. Reglisse reserves the right not to accept returned products belonging to a single order that are returned at different times;

Reglisse must receive the goods within thirty (30) days from the date you received the products.

If you have fulfilled all of the requirements set forth above, Reglisse shall exchange the returned product for the new one. If the value of the new product is greater than that of the returned product, you will be liable for the payment of any additional amounts due. Any credit remaining as a result of the exchange will be credited to your account in the form of a credit voucher. Shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded. The shipping costs of the exchanged items will be charged to you.

If the returned products cannot be accepted you will be notified of your failure to fulfil the conditions indicated above. In this case, your products will be returned to you at your expense. If you refuse the above delivery, Reglisse reserves the right to retain the products and the sums paid for your purchase of the products.

Refund Times and Procedures

After Reglisse has received the returned products and verified that they have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged and that they were returned in their original undamaged packaging, you will receive a notice of acceptance of the returned products by email.

The refund will be made via the same form of payment used by you (credit/debit card). The refund procedure will start within thirty (30) days from when Reglisse learned of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once Reglisse has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.

The time period for refunding the sums you paid for purchasing the products depends on the credit/debit card used. On average the money is normally refunded within seven (7) working days from the date the refund is issued. However, you may not receive the money within seven (7) working days as once we have initiated the refund, the process is no longer within our control and will depend on the process and policy of credit/debit card used. Please note that the currency exchange rate to be used for refunding the sums paid by a non-Sterling credit/debit is taken on the date of the refund. Consequently there may be a difference between the amount paid and that refunded.

In the case of gifts, the refund of the sums paid for purchases will be made to the individual who made the payment.
