Our website is designed using the most current technologies at the time of development and has been optimised for the following browsers : Internet Explorer v6 SP2 or above, Firefox v1.5 or above (for both Windows and Mac OS X) and Safari v2 or above.
What software do I need to browse your website?
You need one of the following browsers : Internet Explorer v6 SP2 or above, Firefox v1.5 or above (for both Windows and Mac OS X) and Safari v2 or above.
In addition you will need Macromedia Flash Player v7 or above in order to be able to view our navigation tree and the flash animation.
How will my order be delivered?
Your products will be sent to you by courier and delivered to your nominated delivery address.
Does Reglisse deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we now deliver to addresses outside of the UK.
Deliveries to the EU can be placed via the website. Deliveries to outside the EU, for example to the USA and Canada, can be arranged by placing your order via email to orders@reglisse.co.uk.
Overseas deliveries will be subject to local taxes and duties, for which the customer will be liable, and may be affected by Customs & Excise delays.
When will I receive my order?
That depends on the delivery option you select.

Does Reglisse deliver to multiple addresses?
No, we do not. During the checkout process you will be asked to provide a delivery address for the items included in that specific order.
If you wish to send gifts to different addresses, you will have to place a separate order for each address.
How much will the insurance cost?
The products are sent fully insured and at no additional cost to you.

The only additional costs will be transport costs, and should it be necessary, the costs of special packaging if you have requested this in advance.
Overseas deliveries will be subject to local taxes and duties, for which the customer will be liable.
The transport costs will vary depending on the selected Delivery Option and the nominated delivery address.

What should I do if the product I receive is damaged?
Always verify your order upon receipt.
If you find that the product is damaged contact us via email to orders@reglisse.co.uk as soon as possible indicating the type of damage, as well as the Order Number you were assigned when you placed the order so that we can replace the product as soon as possible.
Should the product be out of stock we will notify you immediately so that you can decide whether you want a refund.

Is it safe to buy through reglisse.co.uk?
This website uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) payment system which prevents any possible manipulation of your data when it is sent over the internet.
In addition, we do not store any of your credit/debit card details. In fact we do not even see them as all credit/debit card payments are handled purely by Protx, our payment gateway.
AVS/CV2, Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode (3D Secure) security schemes are enabled.

What currency do you accept?
It is possible to display the prices in either British Pounds Sterling, US Dollar or Euro.
In order to change the currency displayed, click on Basket at the top of the screen, click on Change currency and then select the desired currency.
Please note that the non-British Pounds Sterling prices are for information only and that the payment will be charged in British Pounds Sterling. The bank commissions for currency exchange shall be at your expense.

As part of our payment security implementations, specific information must be verified before a payment can be processed. If some of this information is missing the payment cannot be processed.

How can I cancel the order or a part of it?
If you wish to cancel an order totally or partially, you must contact us via email to cancellations@reglisse.co.uk and indicate the item(s) you would like to cancel, as well as the Order
Number you were assigned when you placed the order.
You may cancel your order or part of it at any time before the products are despatched.

Can I return or exchange products that I have ordered?
If after you receive an order, you would like to return part or all of it, please contact us via email to returns@reglisse.co.uk as soon as possible, indicating the Order Number you were assigned when you placed the order.
Remember that once you receive the order, you have ten (10) days to notify us of your decision to return the order. The product to be returned must be in perfect condition and must be in the same packaging as when it arrived. If you would like to exchange it for another item, please notify us and we will inform you of its availability. The transport charges for returning the original item(s) and sending the new item(s) will be at your expense.
If the exchange or return is due to our error, please contact us via email to returns@reglisse.co.uk and we will pay for the transport charges for returning the original item(s) and sending the new item(s).
In the case of a return, once we have received the item and have verified that it is in good condition, the refund of the sums paid for the purchase will be made to you using the same method with which the payment was made.
In the case of an exchange, you will be liable for the payment of any additional amounts due. Any credit remaining as a result of the exchange will be credited to your account in the form of a credit note.
