Peggy Huyn Kinh

Trained in interior design at the Penninghen’s “Atelier Met”, Peggy Huyn Kinh chose fashion as her means of expression. Artistic director with Madame Grès and at Balmain and Céline, Peggy has also worked for Patou, Cartier, Dunhill and other prestigious houses. In 1996 she created her own label.
Far from an accelerating world of in-built obsolescence, Peggy Huyn Kinh, a disciple of the “less is more” school, has refocused her personal values, functionalism, luxury and universalism. Inspired by familiar everyday objects, her bags are design objects, carefully made up from precise specifications and designed on plans and elevations. Refined small scale architecture, they are made to serenely travel through the years, ennobled not only by the materials – wild boar, glace leather, calfskin, python – but also by the precision of the proportions and selected discreet details, the signature of luxury and expertise.
